Dustin was born and raised in a small town near Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from OSU after majoring in Japanese and later got his masters in Church Planting from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. After working in the banking world for a while he went into full time ministry. He married his high school sweetheart, Shauntae and together they have 3 daughters -- Kendall, and twins Reagan and Camryn
