Hey Church!
In light of the ending of the mask mandate in Ohio on June 2nd, we wanted to offer an update on our plans for the summer:
Starting Sunday, June 6 masks will become optional at all campuses, except for the mask mandatory gatherings at Lewis Center and Delaware.
We recognize that some of our folks have just started coming back in person, and that not everyone will immediately be comfortable in a mask-optional environment. We want to be sensitive to this and give time for transition, so we plan to continue the mask mandatory services at Lewis Center and Delaware through the end of June. As a reminder, Lifepoint Kids is not offered during our early, mask-mandatory services. Instead, kids attend this service with parents in the auditorium.
As of Sunday, July 4, all campuses will transition back to two services only, 9:30 and 11am, with both being mask-optional.
This is a constantly changing situation, so this plan is subject to change. As always, let’s continue to bear with one another in love and be considerate of our brothers and sisters, even if opinions differ. We’re grateful for all of you, and we are excited about what God is going to do in the days ahead.
