In order to do this, we created a program of four event-types stemming from our Five Core Values. These events are designed to help our students understand their gospel identity, connect in community, grow in their spiritual intimacy, and prioritize God’s mission to reach the nations beginning in their school and extending throughout the world.
Although our ministry plays an important role in helping students grow in their faith, we believe parents are the primary influencers and spiritual trainers of their family. We want to partner with parents and provide the spiritual resources they need to disciple their students well.
Lifegroup is where we help students grow spiritually and connect relationally through God's word. The goal of a Lifegroup is to provide a space for community to be built, spiritual intimacy to take hold, and an opportunity for students to truly invest in each others lives.
Hangouts are specifically intended for Lifegroups to have fun together! Hangouts can be as simple as watching a football game or as adventurous as a day at the zoo. The goal of these events is to connect relationally through shared experiences amongst students and leaders.
Throughout the year we host special events like Student Weekend, Student Camp, and our Fall Event. These are a great opportunity for students to get connected, hear the gospel, and respond.
Throughout the year we give students the opportunity to work with their LIfegroup to complete a service project or mission trip. This gives students an opportunity to grow their own faith by helping bring the gospel to our neighborhoods and to the nations.
