Jesus makes us new

Ephesians 6:10-12

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

We are in a battle that we cannot win and one that God will not lose
Know your opponent
Know your environment
Know your blueprint

Obedience and compliance are not the same thing

1 Peter 1:13

Therefore, preparing your minds for action and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

The belt means that truth gathers the unraveled threads of our mind
There’s a difference between our real battles and our perceived battles
Your armor must be appropriated
